Refund Policy | Jawai Safari

We know plans change. This policy covers safaris, stays and packages booked with Jawai Safari. "Amount paid" means what you paid us. If you chose to pay an advance, the balance you would have paid your driver at the safari is never charged when you cancel.

Safari cancellations by you

When you cancel	Refund
More than 48 hours before the safari starts	Free cancellation: full refund of the amount paid, less any payment-gateway fee
Within 48 hours of the safari	No refund: drivers, gypsies and trackers are already assigned
No-show or late arrival	No refund or rescheduling

Changing your date

You can move your safari once, free of charge, if you ask at least 72 hours before it starts, subject to availability on the new date. If the new date has a higher price (for example a festival date), you pay the difference.

100% satisfaction guarantee

If you are genuinely unhappy with our service on the safari (service quality, hospitality or safety, not wildlife sightings, which nobody controls), tell the team on the same day. After we check, we refund you. A minimum of ₹2,500 per gypsy is kept for fuel and coordination.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel because of extreme weather, government orders or an operational problem, you choose: a full refund, or a free move to another available date.

How refunds are paid
